We only use top quality semi-precious stones, pearls and crystals. The metals we use are always either sterling silver or gold-filled. Customized Jewelry
Didn’t find what you’re looking for? Frequently, we can recreate a piece you saw on the site that might now be sold. Or we can create a particular piece in a different color or length. Necklace too short? We can add extender chain to most necklaces to accommodate a longer look.
Customized orders are definitely possible. Please send us an email and let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll get back to you with pricing estimates. For all customized orders, a 50% deposit is required prior to us starting on the piece.
Sales Tax & Postage
All applicable sales tax is included in the prices of the jewelry. As is SHIPPING and HANDLING!!
Delivery
Orders are shipped promptly after they’re received. They will be mailed no later than two weeks after receipt of payment. If you need your order rushed, please let us know. We will do everything in our power to make it happen. Additional fees will be applied if orders have to be shipped overnight, FedEx, etc.
Returns
All sales are final, with the exception of a faulty piece. Should you receive a piece of jewelry that is broken, please email us immediately and we’ll arrange to have it shipped back at our expense. No returns, faulty or otherwise, accepted after 14 days.
